Tech-Fest Announces Initial 2023 Line Up
UK Tech-Fest has announced its 10th edition, which will take place at the Newark Showground on 29th June - 3rd July 2023, along the first 21 bands including the headliners.
Legendary technical death metallers Suffocation will headline the Friday, with deathcore heavyweights Chelsea Grin headlining the Saturday, and modern technical metal pioneers Born Of Osiris closing the festival on the Sunday.
They are joined by 18 more bands: Aborted (UK exclusive), Loathe, Of Virtue, The Five Hundred, Cage Fight, Despite Exile, The Cartographer, Pulse., Azure., InRetrospect, Shell Beach, Chaos.Sequence, Karmanjakah, Netherhall, Draconian Reign, Akkadian, Lost To Light & Swarm6ix.
Festival director Simon Garrod comments: "I'm super excited to announce the 10th anniversary of UK Tech Fest, which was planned for 2021 but didn't happen due to the pandemic. We'll be celebrating ten years of technical and progressive metal excellence with probably the heaviest line-up today; we have over 40 more bands to announce, so make sure to be there at this very special event!"
