Damnation Festival Adds Ne Obliviscaris, Pijn and Enforced For 2024
Australian progressive metallers Ne Obliviscaris will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their Citadel album with an exclusive set at Damnation.
They'll be joined at by US thrashers ENFORCED and UK instrumentalists PIJN at BEC Arena, Manchester, on Saturday, November 2.
Ne Obliviscaris said:
"We are excited to be returning to Damnation after performing at this great festival previously in 2016 and 2018! And to make it even more special we will be celebrating the 10th birthday of our Citadel album by performing it in full.
See you in the UK this November!"
Organiser, Gavin McInally, added:
"When Ne Obliviscaris first played Damnation they absolutely packed the second stage so we invited them back a couple of years later and they filled the main stage at Leeds. This year they'll play the main arena at BEC, where we're sure they'll once again perform to a full house, eager to see Citadel performed in full.
It's not Damnation without at least a sprinkle of thrash and following the scenes of madness that greeted the likes of Insanity Alert and High Command over the past couple of years, we're looking forward to introducing Enforced to the Damnation faithful. And we're delighted to offer a home to Pijn, who'll fit in perfectly among the riffs of our Eyesore Merch Stage.
