Ashen Crown Launch New Video For 'Under The Leaves'

Birmingham Death Metallers, Ashen Crown continue their world domination plans with the release of their third and final single from the 2019 album 'Obsolescence'.

'Obsolescence' has been well received earning Radio / Podcast play across the UK, Europe and USA, with the debut single / video `Fall of Thine Eyes` being released to great reception in March 2018. `Obsolescence` was recorded with Neil Hudson of Krysthla throughout March and April 2019 at Initiate Audio and Media. The album released November 2019 with a lyric video for the second single `Blood Beneath Us`, which received rave reviews from both media and fans. However plans to promote, shoot videos and tour the largely successful release of a debut were wiped out by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a bid to remain as active as possible the band sought ways to move forwards in the midst of the entire industry grinding to a halt. Several band and guest appearance play through videos and even a home recorded live set were released, as well as pushing on with writing for the follow up to `Obsolescence`.

Ashen Crown now have their sights set on the future. 'Under The Leaves' will be the third and final single from 'Obsolescence' and it is being accompanied by a music video which has been put together by Kieran Scott of Brutulz Art, who also happens to be the singer of Ashen Crown.

Watch the video here:

Kieran Scott says:

"Under The Leaves breaches upon the impermanence and the ebb and flow of life and death, we all know our fates as we get older and we lose people along the way and new lives are brought into the world and we either fight or go with river of fates, as the theme of the album parallels for our music which is created in the moment and will become obsolete to the artists and vicariously live through the listeners."
