Dimmu Borgir cancel Bloodstock Festival Appearance
In a surprise announcement, less than 48 hours before Bloodstock Festival is due to start, Dimmu Borgir have cancelled their performance at this years event.
In a statement on their facebook page, illness and doctors advice is cited as the reasons for the cancellation.
The band had due to be perform on Sunday, 11th August as main support to The Scorpions having last appeared at the festival in 2014 and have long been crowned as fan favourites at the event.
The festival have responded with their disappointment at the bands withdrawal and that there will be an announcement on the bands replacement tomorrow, Wednesday 7th August.
