Neil Peart, Rush Drummer, Passes Away Aged 67.
Sad news for music fans worldwide today as news breaks the Neil Peart, long time drummer with Rush, has passed away at the age of 67.
For his entire career he set the standard for drummers everywhere, often imitated but never matched. His style was unique and groundbreaking.
The drummer and lyricist for Rush, died on Tuesday, January 7th in Santa Monica, California. He had been battling brain cancer for three years and sadly has succumb to the disease.
