EP Review: Drunk Thrasher - Raining Vomit

Drunk Thrasher is a one man metal project from Poland, who unleashes his debut EP 'Raining Vomit'.
The EP pays homage to classic 80’s Thrash Metal, while also incorporating some elements from Black Metal across the five tracks. The first two songs, 'Thrashrust' and 'Raining Vomit', sound very similar; with frenetic, fast paced drums and chaotic, almost, inhuman riffing, coupled with vocals that would not sound out of place on an album by Venom.
It is, however on the third track, a slower, more doom-esque song, the interestingly titled, 'Masturbation On The Tomb' that brings to my mind, the musical output of Slayer or even a band like Crowbar.
The last two songs on the EP, 'The Poisoning' and 'Drunk Thrashers Attack' would be the perfect soundtrack to any drunken debauchery at a house party.
I think the thing that amazes me most about this EP, is that is all done by one man and if there is any justice in the world, Drunk Thrasher will be performing on the stages of Bloodstock & Wacken before too long.
