Landlords Release New Single 'Perfect Life'
Landlords are a four-piece alternative / slow rock band from Hamilton, New Zealand who today launch new single 'Perfect Life' taken from their upcoming E.P., the be released in August on Church Road Records.
The band states:
“Perfect Life was the first song we wrote from this batch. The vision we had in mind was to have a driving, high energy track to offset the rather melancholic themes of the lyrics that deal with the pressures of modern times and the anxiety that comes with it.”

Codeine is Landlords’ second and most commanding release, a crescendo of all their musical energy and songwriting maturity, cementing them as one of the most promising post-punk acts to come out of New Zealand in recent years.
