Damnation Festival Announces Very Special At The Gates Performance

Swedish death metal royalty AT THE GATES will perform Slaughter of the Soul in its entirety at Damnation. The legendary album will be aired live in a UK exclusive set at BEC Arena, Manchester, on Saturday, November 5.

At The Gates join previously announced headliners Ministry and Converge at what is set to become Europe's biggest indoor metal festival, with almost half of the 6,000 tickets already sold.

Organiser Gavin McInally said:

"We're building the line-up we always hoped we could with a venue and fanbase to support it.

"It's a little surreal to think we sold out the cancelled 2020 festival with Pig Destroyer and Wolves In The Throne Room set to headline before the covid chaos kicked in.

"Now we have both those incredible bands back on the bill with the likes of Ministry, Converge and At The Gates playing Slaughter of the Soul.

"We just need that 'Sold Out' sign again to start an incredible new chapter for the festival."

Bands confirmed so far include Ministry, Converge, At The Gates, Pig Destroyer, Destruction, Wolves In The Throne Room, Despised Icon, Elder, Pallbearer, Full of Hell, Green Lung, We Lost the Sea, Toxic Holocaust, Bell Witch & Aerial Ruin and Irist.
